De La Salle Philippines (DLSP), through the Lasallian Institute for the Environment (LIFE) is the main proponent of this endeavor. The Brothers lead the way and involve other Lasallians in the building of the project. Some La Salle faculty serve as scientific and technical advisers.
Several La Salle graduates are in project management and essential operations. The La Salle network of schools across the country contribute in promoting, funding and promulgating the project. The project is completely funded by grants and donations from supporters and benefactors.

A whole community genuinely concerned for the environment is making this project happen.
